Pilot brake used for tension control in unwinding machine

Pilot brake is widely applied in unwinding machine for tension control, such as NAB pneumatic brake, DBK air cooling brake, FZ magnetic powder brake and etc. Their tension force can be adjusted conveniently.

For this NAB air brake, it is usually connected with flange or foot mounted safety chuck together for reel unrolling. Brake's tension force can be adjusted via regulating its air pressure amount. Air pressure higher, then its tension force is larger, when the air pressure less, brake's tension force is smaller. 

They are widely applied in packaging and printing machine, textile machine, battery machine, rubber and tire machine, laminating machine, coating machine, corrugated machine and etc.
