6 inch pneumatic sliding chuck

This is a dual-air-path head lifting assembly designed ,produced and manufactured by Shanghai HanDong Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.

1. The air supply from the rotary joint is used for both inflation and deflation.

2. The front part is a 6-inch double-chambered pneumatic chuck. The outer diameter without inflation is 145mm, and the inflated outer diameter is 156mm.

3. The graphite sleeve of the flange seat and the sliding rod are well-matched, allowing smooth sliding without any jamming.

4. The maximum sliding travel of the sliding head lifting assembly is 150-200mm.

5. All steel parts are coated with hard chrome, and the inflation gasket of the chuck is covered with wear-resistant polyurethane.

6. The diameter of the chuck after inflation deviates by less than 0.15mm.

7. The total load capacity of a pair of chuck sets is 2000kg.

8. The entire assembly is made of copper-zinc-nickel.
