Sliding safety chuck

What is the distinguish between sliding safety chuck and tilting safety chuck?

For the manual safety chuck, it is fixed on the worktable in flange or foot mounted. Air expanding shaft or steel bar loaded into safety chuck's reel mouth. Safety chuck's reel mouth can be opened after pushing, after rotating, reel mouth will closed automatically. Safety chuck is connected with driving motor, so as to make safety chuck rotating and then driving coil material winding or unwinding. 

For the regular tilting safety chuck, it is through disc plate tilt a certain angle and occurs a certain gap for air expanding shaft or steel bar loading. It can’t meet the strict accuracy requirement in winding and unwinding situation, and make the roller winding and unwinding not tidy. So in high precision operation condition, this sliding safety chuck will be used, it is safer and more rugged than titling safety chuck.
